Effective September 18, 2026. This policy explains the information Onward Nexus processes, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors and authorized platform users.
We collect information people submit directly, such as demo-request details, account information, workspace records, uploaded data, and communications. We also process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Information is used to provide the platform, authenticate users, operate requested tools, generate reports, support customers, protect the service, and improve product performance. Workspace information is not sold.
When an authorized user invokes an AI-assisted feature, the relevant prompt and limited workspace context needed for that request may be processed to generate the requested output. AI output is advisory and should be reviewed before decisions or distribution.
Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, authentication, hosting, analytics, and AI service providers acting on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate business transaction.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use access controls, authentication, encrypted connections, audit records, and other safeguards appropriate to the service.
Authorized users may update many records within their workspace. To request access, correction, deletion, or information about privacy practices, use the Onward Nexus contact or demo-request form and identify the submission as a privacy request.
Onward Nexus is designed for organizations and authorized adult users. Customers are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and permissions before entering information about minors or other regulated populations. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive documents or credentials.
We may update this policy as the platform or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material revisions are made.
