You must provide accurate account information, safeguard login credentials, and use the service only for lawful organizational purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Organizations retain responsibility for the information they enter. You represent that you have the authority and appropriate permissions to collect, use, upload, and share that information through the platform.
Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, medical records, government identifiers, or other information that is unnecessary for the stated engagement purpose. Users must follow applicable privacy, education, employment, records, and consent requirements.
AI outputs, calculators, scorecards, templates, simulations, and reports are decision-support tools. They may contain errors and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, medical, or professional advice. Review outputs and source data before acting or distributing them.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, reverse engineer protected portions of the platform, upload malicious material, impersonate others, or use the system to violate rights or applicable law.
Onward Nexus and its platform design, software, documentation, branding, and original content are protected intellectual property. Customers retain rights in their own data and grant the limited permission needed to process it for service delivery.
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the platform improves. Material changes affecting paid customers should be communicated through appropriate service channels.
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risks, material violations, unlawful use, nonpayment where applicable, or as required by law. Applicable agreements may provide additional export or retention terms.
The service is provided subject to applicable written agreements and law. To the fullest extent permitted, Onward Nexus disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of decision-support outputs.
